The 3-room holiday apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen and marble bathroom) named “Schwanensee,” is on the ground floor of our art-nouveau villa. This is not really a holiday apartment, it is a dream.

The roomy living room and bedroom are decorated with precious, carved and gold plated French Boiserie. In front of both rooms, which merge, lies a sunny south terrace within the garden with mountain view.

In addition to the big double bed within the bedroom, there is also a daybed for two in the living room. The furniture predominantly consists of antiques, completed by valuable modern pictures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (3-star-shelves), cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and all other useful kitchen equipment that is necessary during your stay.

The beautiful conservatory serves as the dining room.

The classy bathroom with marble tiles provides a large shower cabine and toilet. The apartment has a flatscreen TV and radio. Telephone and W-Lan connection on demand.
